These STUFFED MUSHROOMS are baby portobello mushroom caps stuffed with cheese, spinach, and spices.
These are preserved by removing all moisture, thus will last many years. Excellent for a survival situation, camping trip, or any day of the week! Rehydrate by adding a little bit of hot water for 10-30 minutes.
Each zipper-seal package contains approximately 1.4 oz of freeze dried stuffed mushrooms.
