We provide approx. 90 grams of our high quality N-acetyl l-cysteine powder in a beautiful reusable jar. This product includes a complimentary 1/2 teaspoon scoop spoon!

We recommend to take anywhere from 500 mg to 3000 mg each day. Depending on your preferred daily dose of NAC, this means the product may contain a 1-3 month supply.

Note that the complimentary scoop is 1/2 teaspoon, which equates to roughly 1800 mg of our NAC powder. This is our personal preferred dosage of NAC for our own bodies, so you choose to may dose likewise. *FYI this 1/2 teaspoon scoop is also a perfect size to use for a daily dose of Sodium Bicarbonate!

Be aware that our NAC powder has a strong, sour flavor so you might prefer to mask that in juice.
